What we text
- About your service: replies to your quote request, appointment reminders, “we’re on the way”, arrival and job-finished notices, photos and invoices, and requests to reschedule.
- Account and job questions: follow-ups about your quote or service, and replies to messages you send us.
- Offers and reminders: service reminders, seasonal offers and news, only if you said yes to them. Saying yes is never a condition of buying from us.
How you agree
You agree to get texts about your request or service when you give us your mobile number on our website, in our client portal, on a service agreement, or by texting us. Message frequency varies with your service, usually a few messages per job.
Stop or get help any time
- Reply STOP to stop texts. We will confirm, and then you will not get more texts from that number unless you text START.
- Reply HELP for help, or call (903) 424-1607.

Your privacy
