Sales wanted.
Sell pressure washing and sanitation to homeowners and businesses across East Texas. Experience is a plus, but not required: we train you, from our Sales School and scripts to three days of one-on-one field training. We give you a mapped territory and doors to knock, a sales app that does the paperwork, and a crew that delivers. You set your own hours.

Sales Representative (Commission)
What you'll do
- Work your mapped territory and knock doors (we provide the territory and leads)
- Walk properties, price jobs and sign customers in the B&H sales app
- Follow up on estimates and grow repeat customers
- Learn and sharpen your skills at our weekly team training
- Set your own schedule
What we're looking for
- No sales experience required. We train you. Door-to-door, in-home, solar, roofing, pest or alarm experience is a big plus
- Confident, friendly and honest. You represent B&H with integrity
- Self-motivated. You set your own hours
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone
