Terms of Service

The rules for using our website and app, and the basics of how our quotes, scheduling, job sites, payments and property care work.

These terms apply when you use bhpwashing.com or app.bhpwashing.com, or when you hire B&H Sanitation & Pressure Washing (“B&H”) for service. If you signed a written service agreement with us, that agreement controls where it says something different.

Quotes and estimates

  • Quotes are based on what you tell us and what we can see. If the job turns out to be different (bigger area, heavier buildup, extra work you ask for), we will talk with you before doing extra work or charging more.
  • Online and phone quotes are estimates until we see the property or you sign an agreement.
  • Quotes are good for 30 days unless they say otherwise.

Scheduling and weather

  • We schedule by day. Unless we promised you a specific arrival time, the crew arrives when the route gets them there, and we will text or call when we are on the way.
  • Rain, freezing temperatures, high wind and unsafe conditions can move a job. If we have to reschedule, there is no charge and we will find the next good day with you.

What we need from you

  • Access to the areas we are cleaning, and to an outdoor water spigot and power when the job needs it. Large commercial jobs may use our own water.
  • Please close windows and doors and move cars out of the work area. Bring in pets, and put away fragile items, toys and furniture near the work area. Tell us about anything special: gate codes, sprinklers, fresh paint or sealer, plants or areas to avoid.
  • Tell us about anything that is already damaged or loose before we start.

Property care and what cleaning can’t fix

We use professional equipment and cleaning solutions, and our crews are trained to protect your property. Some conditions can show up or get worse when a surface is cleaned. We are not responsible for them, but we will point them out when we see them:

  • Failing, peeling or chalking paint, or oxidized siding
  • Loose mortar, grout, shingles, trim, screens or caulking
  • Old stains, rust, etching or damage that is already in the surface
  • Leaks around windows and doors that are not sealed
  • Plants that are not hardy enough for a normal rinse

Some stains (old oil, rust, paint, tire marks, hard water) can be lightened but may not come all the way out. We will tell you what to expect.

If something isn’t right

Tell us within 48 hours of the service. Send photos if you can, to [email protected] or (903) 424-1607. We will look at it with you and work to make it right. If you think we damaged something, please do not repair it before we see it. We need to see it to help.

Payment

  • Payment is due when the job is finished, unless your agreement or invoice says otherwise. Some jobs require a deposit when booked.
  • We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Commercial accounts follow the terms on their invoice or agreement.

Using our website and app

  • Use them for lawful purposes only. Do not try to break in, copy them, scrape them, or send spam through our forms. Spam and fake requests are deleted and blocked.
  • If we give you a client portal or team sign-in, keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • The B&H name, logo, medallion, photos, videos and writing on our site belong to B&H. Please ask before using them.
  • Customer reviews and testimonials on our site are from real customers. See AI, Photos & Reviews.

Limits on liability

We stand behind our work, and we carry responsibility for damage we actually cause. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, B&H is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost business) from using our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

Texas law

These terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Gregg County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise. We would always rather talk it out first. Call us.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its “last updated” date, is the one that applies.
