B&H Sanitation & Pressure Washing (“B&H”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It covers bhpwashing.com, our shop, our client and employee app at app.bhpwashing.com, and the work we do at your property.
The short version: we collect what we need to quote, schedule, do and bill your job, and to run our business. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number for anyone else’s marketing.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Quote and contact requests: your name, phone, email, city, service address, property type and what you need cleaned.
- Service agreements and invoices: your name, address, the services you bought, prices, signatures and payment status.
- Client portal: your sign-in email, messages you send us, survey answers and ratings, and requests to book or move a visit.
- Shop orders: your name, email, phone, shipping or pickup details and what you ordered. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, availability, work history and answers you give us. Hired team members also give us payroll, tax and emergency contact information.
- Texts, calls and emails you send us.
Information we collect when we work at your property
- Photos of the areas we clean (before, during and after), and sometimes of our crew and equipment on site. These are our proof of work and quality.
- Arrival and finish times, and the location of the crew’s phone when they check in at your property, so you and our office know when the crew arrived and left.
- Notes about access, gate codes, pets or site conditions that you or our crew record.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data: like any website, our host (Cloudflare) receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. It is used for security and to keep the site running.
- Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you check out.
- Visit counts: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular and how fast they load. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
- No advertising trackers. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels (like Facebook or Google ad pixels). If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use your information
- To answer your request, give you a quote and schedule your service.
- To do the job, keep you updated (on our way, arrived, finished) and send your photos and invoice.
- To take payments, process refunds and keep accurate business and tax records.
- To ask how we did, and to remind you when your next cleaning is due. You can opt out at any time.
- To fulfill shop orders and answer questions about them.
- To review job applications and run payroll for our team.
- To keep our people, customers and systems safe, and to follow the law.
How we use AI
We use AI writing and image tools (such as those from OpenAI and Anthropic) to help draft blog posts, social media captions, training material and some marketing graphics. A person at B&H reviews what gets published. We do not send your personal information (name, phone, email or address) to AI tools. We do not use AI to make decisions about you, such as pricing, hiring or approving service. See AI, Photos & Reviews for more.
Who we share information with
We share information only with companies that help us run B&H, and only what they need to do their part:

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety, or if B&H is ever sold or merged (the new owner would be bound by this policy).
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Photos of your property
We photograph our work. We may use before and after photos on our website and social media to show what we do. We do not post faces, house numbers, license plates, or your name without your OK. We also do not post anything that shows who you are or where you live. Business customers’ signs and logos are only shown with permission. If you would rather we not use photos of your property, tell us and we will take them down.
How long we keep information
We keep job, invoice and payment records as long as tax and business laws require, usually about seven years. We keep quote requests that do not turn into a job for up to two years. Leads we mark as spam are deleted after 14 days. Shop order records follow the same rules as invoices. Job applications are kept for up to two years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below), unless we have to keep it by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- See the personal information we have about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, including photos of your property
- Stop texts (reply STOP), emails (use the unsubscribe link or tell us), and review or rebooking reminders
Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and residents of other states may have similar rights. To make a request, email [email protected] or call (903) 424-1607. We will confirm who you are, then answer within 45 days. If we say no, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we will respond to the appeal within 60 days. We will never treat you differently for using these rights.
How we protect information
Our app requires a sign-in, and each person only sees what their job needs. For example, crews do not see business customers’ contact details or prices. Job photos and files are stored privately and are only shown to signed-in people who have a reason to see them, or to you in your client portal. Card payments go straight to Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information. We will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.
Children
Our website, shop and app are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date. Big changes will be pointed out on our website.
