These terms cover purchases from the B&H online shop at bhpwashing.com/shop. Also see our Returns & Refunds policy.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
- After you pay, you will get an order confirmation by email. Your order is accepted when we confirm it. If an item turns out to be out of stock or listed at the wrong price, we will contact you and give you a full refund if you do not want to wait or pay the correct price.
- Some items are custom orders (made, printed or sized for you). The product page will say so, along with any extra time it takes.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. B&H never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment information you give them.
Pickup and shipping
- Free local pickup at our shop in Longview, Texas is always available. We will let you know when your order is ready. Please bring your order number.
- Shipping, when offered, is shown at checkout with its cost. Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days, plus the carrier’s delivery time. Custom orders take longer.
- Please check your shipping address. If a package is returned to us because of a wrong address, we can reship it for the cost of postage.
- If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing or wrong, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right. See Returns & Refunds.
Chemicals and equipment safety
- Read and follow every product label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS). SDS sheets are available on request.
- Cleaning chemicals and pressure equipment are for adult, professional or careful home use. Wear the protective gear the label calls for. Never mix chemicals, and keep them away from children and pets.
- Make sure parts and fittings match your machine’s pressure, flow and connections. Not sure? Call us with your machine’s make and model before you order.
- B&H is not responsible for injury or damage from misuse, mixing products, or using parts outside their rated pressure or flow.
