AI, Photos & Reviews

How we use AI tools, how we use photos of our work and your property, and our promise that our reviews and before & afters are real.

How we use AI

We’re a small, faith-based company, and we use modern tools to keep up. Here’s exactly how we use AI:

  • Writing help: AI tools (such as those from OpenAI and Anthropic) help us draft blog posts, social media captions, training lessons and emails. A person at B&H reviews what we publish.
  • Graphics: some marketing graphics are made or edited with AI. We never present an AI-made image as a real job result.
  • No personal data in AI tools: we do not put your name, phone number, email or address into AI tools.
  • No AI decisions about you: prices, hiring, scheduling approvals and service decisions are made by people, not AI.
  • No AI chat: our website does not have an AI chat assistant. If we add one, we will update this page first. It will say clearly that it’s AI, and it will point anyone in crisis to real help (call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Our before & afters are real

Every before and after on our Our Work page is from a real B&H job, shot by our crew. No stock photos, no AI, and nothing painted in. If we ever show an AI-made example anywhere else, we will label it.

Photos of your property

  • Our crews photograph the areas we clean. It’s our proof of work, and it’s how you see the results in your client portal.
  • We may share before and after photos on our website and social pages to show our work. We leave out faces, house numbers, license plates and anything that identifies you, unless you OK it. Business signs and logos are only shown with permission.

Reviews and testimonials

  • The reviews and testimonials on our site are real words from real customers, shared with their permission. We do not write fake reviews, and we do not pay for reviews.
  • We may ask happy customers to leave a Google review. We never offer anything in exchange for a positive review.
  • Our referral program rewards customers for referring friends who book with us. It is never a reward for a review. Anyone who got a referral reward and posts a review about us should say so.
